Jay Brown currently serves as Logistics Manager at VOSS Automotive, Inc., USA, since June 2023. Previously, Jay held the position of Value Stream Operations Manager at Robert Bosch North America from August 2020 to June 2023, overseeing a large operation with P&L responsibility and successfully implementing a 3PL insourcing project. Jay's experience includes roles such as Manufacturing Operations Manager and Senior Customer Logistics Planning Supervisor at Robert Bosch GmbH and extensive leadership positions, including Assistant Operations Officer in the United States Army, where Jay was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for service in Afghanistan. Jay holds a Master’s degree in Executive Development and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ball State University, as well as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Purdue University.
