Mathieu Jacques is an experienced manufacturing specialist at Vortex Aquatic Structures International since May 2019, previously holding roles including mechanical engineer intern. Education includes an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and a Diplôme d'études collégiales from Cégep de Saint-Laurent. Mathieu has also served as a mechanical designer at AV&R, focusing on the development of industrial machines for aviation parts repair, and at Tekalia Aéronautik, where the design of jigs and tools for landing gear equipment integration was emphasized. In addition, Mathieu was part of the mechanical team at Éclipse, working on solar-powered vehicles for international competitions.
