Stephan Van der Veen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stephan currently works at Vormats - Video Made Easy as a Customer Success Manager starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Account Executive EMEA at Lucid from March 2022 to December 2022. In this role, they were responsible for strategic business growth and customer engagement across the EMEA region. Before Lucid, they worked at Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Business Development Manager from January 2019 to March 2022, where they focused on improving businesses through digitalization and innovation in the Benelux market. Stephan also has experience in the health and fitness industry, having worked as an Orthomolecular Nutritional Expert and Personal Trainer at HealthCity from August 2013 to January 2019. In addition, they have experience in human resources, project management, and promotional campaigns from their time at Brandwise Group, where they held various roles from October 2010 to August 2013. Prior to their professional career, Stephan was a Professional Athlete at Lübeck Cougars from February 2007 to October 2010. Overall, Stephan has demonstrated skills in customer success, business development, digitalization, nutrition, personal training, human resources, project management, and athletic performance.

Stephan Van der Veen has a diverse education history in various fields. In 2019, they attended Siemens Professional Education, where they focused on developing Challenger Sale skills in the business field. In 2017, Stephan completed a certificate program in Sales, Verkoop, and Sales en marketing at HDD Group. Stephan continued their education in 2015 and 2016 at Natura Foundation, earning a Post-Bachelor degree in Orthomoleculaire Voedingsleer (Orthomolecular Nutrition).

Prior to that, they attended the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) from 2010 to 2012, where they became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In 2009 and 2010, Stephan obtained a Propedeuse degree in Toegepaste psychologie (Applied psychology) from NTI.
