Peter Steffen, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Currently, Peter serves as the Senior Portfolio Manager and Executive Director at Vontobel Asset Management, leading the Equity Strategy Group and overseeing Global Balanced Funds and Institutional Mandates. Peter is also a voting member of the Investment Committee. Previously, Peter held senior portfolio management roles at ETHENEA Independent Investors S.A. and Deutsche Asset Management, where leadership in various funds and investment strategies was demonstrated. Peter's early career includes research and intern positions at several financial institutions, contributing to expertise in areas such as equity research, credit analysis, and alternative investments. Peter holds a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Finance & Asset Management from the International School of Management, complemented by international study experiences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Université de Neuchâtel.
