François Rüf has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. François started their career as the CEO and Co-Founder of NetBreeze GmbH in 1998 and held this position until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Microsoft as a Principal Group Program Manager. In 2013, they also joined the board of directors at Sentifi and served until 2019. In 2018, François joined Vontobel as the Head of Data, AI & Machine Learning, and later became the Head of Digital Investing. In 2021, they co-founded MEETCHANGEMAKERS.
François Rüf's education history begins in 1987 when they enrolled at Kantonsschule Wetzikon. François pursued a degree in Economy at this institution and completed their studies in 1993. Subsequently, François continued their education at ETH Zurich from 1993 to 1998. Here, they obtained a Master's degree or Eid. Dipl. Phys ETH in Theoretical Physics.
