Eva Weigert is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of Global Mobility at Volvo Cars since September 2022. Over their extensive career, Eva has held various leadership roles within the Volvo organization, including Head of People Experience & Competence at Volvo Car España and Head of People Experience at Volvo Car Sweden. Other significant positions include HR Manager at Volvo Car Malaysia, Interim HR Director for Product & Quality, and Director of HR Development & Implementation. Prior to joining Volvo, Eva worked as HR Manager at Mediq Sverige and held HR consultancy roles at Stampen Media and mktmedia AB. Eva began their career in HR at Volvo, serving in various capacities from 1989 to 2006. Eva holds a degree from the University of Gothenburg.
