Junyan (JY) Lim is currently serving as the Product Quality Leader for North America at Volvo Group, responsible for overseeing Cab, HVAC, and Paint Quality, and leading initiatives in digital transformation and data analytics. Previously, at Cummins Inc., Junyan held multiple roles including Product Quality Manager, where expertise in lean six sigma methodologies led to significant cost savings and robust solutions for complex product quality challenges. Additionally, Junyan transitioned to service data analytics, focusing on customer application and service processes. Earlier experience includes leadership as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces, specializing in communication and network-centric warfare. Junyan holds a Master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Cornell University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from Indiana University.
