Kristine Chong is an experienced professional in spiritual care and program management, currently serving as the Director of the Shay Moral Injury Center at Volunteers of America since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing educational programs, cultivating partnerships, and initiating new initiatives. Prior roles at the Shay Moral Injury Center encompass Program Administrator and Program Assistant, focusing on administering programs and offering moral injury education. Kristine also serves as a Chaplain and Spiritual Director at Jeong.care, providing spiritual care to activists and marginalized communities.
