Kristen Petron is an experienced social worker with a strong background in both hospital and mental health settings. Currently employed at Allina Health since October 2018, Kristen serves as a Social Worker within the Hospital and Mental Health Unit. Additionally, involvement as a Case Manager at Volunteers of America of Minnesota has been ongoing since August 2014. Previous experience includes roles as a Mental Health Practitioner at Riverwood Centers from 2011 to 2014, a Behavioral Therapist at Behavioral Dimensions, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, and Direct Care Staff at Community Living Options from 2008 to 2011. Kristen also held the position of Client Services Director at the Pregnancy Resource Center from 2006 to 2008 and worked as a Senior Team Lead/Guest Services Team Lead at Target from 2003 to 2006. Kristen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Cloud State University between 1994 and 1999.
