Peter Wingate PLV is a skilled professional with extensive experience in community engagement and volunteer management. Currently serving as the Community Engagement Coordinator at Volunteering Victoria since November 2021, Peter previously held the position of Managing Editor at The Westsider Newspaper and Online from March 2022 to January 2023. Prior experience includes Project Manager for Advocacy and Community Engagement at Volunteer West, where Peter drove impactful projects in Melbourne's West, and Senior Complaints Analyst at the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal. Peter holds a Master's degree in Education focused on Equity, Diversity, and Social Change from the University of Melbourne, as well as various certifications in mediation and workplace training. Academic qualifications also include a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Deakin University.
