Cole Hodges is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Senior Vice President and Relationship Manager at Volunteer State Bank since November 2023. Previously, Cole held the position of Senior Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager at FirstBank from August 2020 to November 2023, and before that served as Senior Vice President at Franklin Synergy Bank from July 2018 to August 2020, focusing on developing business and personal relationships while growing loan and deposit portfolios. Cole’s career began at BancorpSouth, where Cole was President of the Franklin, TN market for 15 years. Cole earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the University of Mississippi and completed advanced studies at The Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.
