Joe Meixell is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering & Purchasing Manager at Volumetric Technologies since October 2023. Previously, Joe worked at Preco, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included supporting various laser processing operations for multiple markets. Joe also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineer at Interfacial Consultants LLC, troubleshooting production and equipment issues. Prior to that, Joe spent over seven years at 3M, initially as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer focused on adhesive coating processes and later as a Senior Design Engineer for the Traffic Safety Division. Joe's early career included roles at Thiele Technologies, Andersen Windows, and Brookdale Plastics Incorporated, where a combination of design and manufacturing skills were developed. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
