Aaron W. Smith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron W. started their career at New Horizons Computer Training Center in 1996 as a Senior Instructor and Training Supervisor. Aaron W. then moved on to Sierra Computers Ltd. in 1997, where they served as the Training Director and Instructor. During their time at Sierra Computers Ltd., they managed a VUE testing center, handled hardware and software installations and configurations, and was responsible for hiring and training instructors.

In 1999, Aaron joined Intel, where they held the positions of IT Support Analyst and Continuous Service Improvement Manager. Aaron W. worked at Intel for 15 years, demonstrating their commitment and dedication to the company.

Currently, Aaron is associated with Volteo Digital - ServiceNow Elite Partner since 2014. Initially, they worked as a Business Process Consultant and later transitioned into the role of Business Process Consultant/Trainer. Aaron W.'sproficiency in business processes and training skills have contributed to the success and growth of the company.

Aaron W. Smith completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Pacific, which they attended from 1990 to 1994. In 2013, they took a graduate course in Constraints Management from Washington State University. Aaron also obtained several certifications, including ITIL 2011 Intermediate certifications in Service Design, Service Operation, and Service Transition from APMG-International, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN, and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance.
