Elvin Sylvester currently serves as the Country Head for Brand Shops at Voltas Limited, a TATA Enterprise, since March 2023. Prior to this role, Elvin held the position of Head of Retail for Exclusive Brand Outlets at OPPO, where responsibility included managing operations across 24 regions and over 230 stores. Elvin has extensive experience in retail management, having worked at ZENICA Lifestyle Private Limited as AGM for Apple Business Operations, where business planning and revenue management were key duties. Previous roles include Senior Manager Operations at SPICE Retail Limited, Regional Manager for North & East India at William Penn, Area Retail Manager at Future Group India, and Assistant Manager of Retail Operations at Aircel. Elvin's early career began at Vodafone as a Team Operations Manager and at Bose Corporation India as a Demonstration Specialist. Elvin holds an MBA in Marketing from IMT and has completed multiple degrees in Business Management.
