Rosie Vetter is an experienced professional in the environmental and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as Head of Development at Voltalia since June 2020. Prior to this role, Rosie held various positions including Development Team Lead and Senior Environment Manager at High Speed Two (HS2) Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing the Phase 2b Environmental Statement for the western leg of the project. Additionally, Rosie was a Director at RV Environmental Ltd, managing multiple contracts related to HS2 and renewable energy projects. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at AECOM and Project Development Manager at PNE WIND AG. Rosie holds a Master's degree in Ecology and Environmental Management from the University of Glasgow and an undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Birmingham.
