Noelle Sarow is an experienced recruiter with a diverse background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a recruiter at Volt since February 2022, Noelle previously held the position of corporate recruiter at Coast Dental from May 2015 to November 2021, where responsibilities included sourcing, prescreening, and onboarding new hires for non-clinical roles. Noelle's earlier experience includes roles at Datatrac Corporation as a human resources recruiter, an independent contractor focusing on high-level engineering recruitment, and as Senior Vice President at The Primary Group, where extensive client interaction was required. Noelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University, along with an SLPA Certificate in the same field.
