Chris Whitman has extensive experience in technical support and customer service, beginning as a Support Professional at Stream for the AOL Contract from 2003 to 2006. Chris continued to hone technical skills at Dell from 2007 until November 2015 as a Technical Support Professional, followed by a role as a Support Professional for the Dell Contract at Stream Global Services. In this position, Chris handled support for various client segments, including Enterprise and Federal Government, also taking on supervisory responsibilities. Since November 2015, Chris has served as a Service Desk Specialist at Vology, providing front-line support and managing service requests while utilizing Active Directory for account management tasks.
