Currently, Yoshihiro serves as the Senior Business Development Manager at Volocopter GmbH and the Managing Director at ByHeart（株）バイハート. With a background in corporate planning, business development, and change management, Yoshihiro has also contributed to the City of Osaka and Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK in the past.
