Isabela Mariotto Schwarzmeier is an experienced Project Manager currently working at Volocopter since September 2021, focusing on transitioning to an agile work environment and implementing the SAFe framework in the Flight Sciences and Aircraft Integration teams. Prior to Volocopter, Isabela held roles at Johnson & Johnson where responsibilities included leading New Product Launches for medical devices in Latin America and serving as a Focal Point Engineer for strategic projects. Other experience includes project engineering roles at Stellantis, Ford Motor Company, and personal branding management for international career efficiency. Isabela holds a Master’s degree in Project and Management from Ternopil Academy of National Economy and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté, among other educational qualifications.
