Agnieszka Olenderek currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board for Polski Związek Przemysłu Motoryzacyjnego and has held various pivotal roles at Volkswagen Poznan since 2014, including Board Member for Finance, Purchasing & IT, and Head of the Controlling Department at the Września Plant. Significant contributions include financial forecasting, investment analysis, liquidity management, and achieving budget targets during the Crafter factory construction. Agnieszka has further enhanced operational efficiency through the implementation of financial and management accounting processes, and management of strategic initiatives such as Business 4.0. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles and a strong foundation in accounting systems and risk management during tenure at Volkswagen Poznan, complemented by academic qualifications from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s degree in German Philology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
