Zuzanna Baworowska currently serves as an IT PMO Specialist at Volkswagen Poznan, where responsibilities include managing the main project management tool, overseeing project portfolios, and analyzing project progress. Previously, Zuzanna worked as a Konsultant wdrożeniowy at All for One Poland, focusing on implementation project management, SCRUM participation, software functionality analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and system documentation management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Implementation Technician at KAMSOFT, where Zuzanna was involved in software implementation, database maintenance, error documentation, and client support. Zuzanna holds an engineering degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, obtained in 2022.
