Mariusz Starosta currently serves as an Audi Area Sales Manager at Volkswagen Group Polska, a position held since January 2012, where responsibilities include sales strategy execution for original parts, accessories, and services, as well as overseeing Retail Business Plan preparations and establishing development plans for service partners. Mariusz has a strong focus on market analysis and customer support, participating in projects aimed at dealer profitability and implementing the Audi e-tron strategy in Poland. Prior to this role, Mariusz was an Audi product and price specialist, where contributions included product offerings, sales strategy creation, and market environment analysis. Mariusz's career began as a trainee in the Audi product and price department at Kulczyk Tradex and included a stint in customer care at Sanitec Koło.
