Marcin Rybacki is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong focus on Governance and Change Management. Currently serving as an Information Technology Governance Specialist / Change Manager at Volkswagen Group Polska since January 2021, responsibilities include leading the Technical Advisory Board and Change Advisory Board, overseeing Change Management processes, and managing budgets and vendors.
