Andile Dlamini has extensive experience in communications within the automotive industry, currently serving as Head of Communications at Volkswagen Group South Africa since January 2009, previously holding roles such as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and Product PR. Prior to this, Andile worked at Toyota South Africa as Manager of Product PR and at BMW Group South Africa as Manager of Plant Communications. Early career experience includes roles such as Communications and Marketing Officer at the National Development Agency and Communication Specialist at Midrand City Council, along with a journalistic position at the New Era - Springs & Brakpan Advertiser. Andile holds an MBA from Nelson Mandela University Business School and various other qualifications in business administration and communication, including a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Zululand.
