Prior roles include Head of Logistics at Netthandelsgruppen AS, managing operations for Tights.no and related brands, and significant experience as Sales Manager and Logistics Manager at PLAY NÖJESDISTRIBUTION AB. Johan also held the position of Distribution Manager/Supervisor at Netonnet and worked in a distribution capacity at H&M. Educational background includes studies at Bergsäterskolan from 1990 to 1992.
