Ricardo Noronha currently serves as a Support Engineer at Volkswagen Financial Services Portugal since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ricardo held positions at Jumia Porto Tech Center from July 2016 to January 2024, progressing from Technical Support Agent to Technical Support Lead, with responsibilities in applicational support for eCommerce platforms, incident management, small project management, and support documentation creation. Earlier experience includes Project Manager at RISCA - Marketing Comunicação from March 2015 to July 2016, and an internship at EXEQ SoftExpert Portugal focused on developing a fleet module within a municipal management project in 2014. Ricardo has pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto, with academic involvement spanning from 2004 to the present.
