Carlos Gomes has extensive experience in the automotive and financial services sectors, currently serving as a Remarketing Specialist at Volkswagen Financial Services in Portugal since July 2016. In this role, Carlos focuses on the sale of vehicles at the end of their contracts, overseeing online auctions and managing supplier relationships. Prior to this position, from January 2012 to July 2016, Carlos was a Dealer Key Account, providing support to sales teams and managing credit lines for dealerships. Earlier experience includes serving as Supervisor of Remarketing and Insurance at ALD Automotive, where Carlos coordinated two teams and generated key performance indicators. Carlos's career began at Marsh as a Claims Manager, handling commercial insurance portfolios, and included a role in claims management at BCP. Carlos holds education from AESE, completed in 2013.
