Joana Tavares Esteves is an experienced professional in product management and digital marketing with a strong background in agile and lean methodologies. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager and Senior Product Manager at Volkswagen Digital Solutions since November 2019, Joana has successfully worked across diverse teams and products in both Lisbon and Berlin. Prior to this role, Joana held the position of Senior Product Owner at Wodify, where responsibilities included driving team performance through clear communication and managing stakeholder relations. Joana's career also encompasses significant roles in digital consulting and marketing at Grand Union and various other organizations, centering on strategic planning, project management, and client relations.
