Rosy Makkar-Sethi, CHRL, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Portfolio Head of HR at Volaris Group since February 2024, Rosy has also contributed as a Founding Member of Hacking HR's Expert Council since October 2023. Previously, roles included Group Human Resources Director at Vencora, and Volaris Group, as well as Human Resources Director at TripSpark Technologies and Human Resources Manager at Dalton First Financial. Rosy's career began in HR with positions at AFIMAC Global, Kelly Services, and MJR Collection Services, showcasing a strong foundation in human resource management. Educationally, Rosy is advancing professional skills through Coach Academy while holding an HR Management Certificate from Sheridan College and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from York University.
