Mathew Mlotek, CPA, CA, CFE, currently serves as Group CFO and previously held various roles including Group Finance Director, Director of Risk Management, and Manager of Internal Audit at Volaris Group since September 2017. In addition, Mathew has been CFO of LeadingGreen Training and Consulting since February 2014, where responsibilities include financial statement development, budgetary analysis, tax planning, and compliance with regulations. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Internal Auditor at CAA South Central Ontario and Walmart, where Mathew led audit teams and managed risk assessments. Earlier positions include Accountant at SF Partnership, LLP, Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young, and Teaching Assistant at Ryerson University. Mathew holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from Ryerson University.
