Nicola Young is the Marketing Director - EMEA at Volante Technologies. Previously, Nicola served as the Head of Platform, Fintech, Marketplaces Marketing at Finastra, as well as the Global Marketing Lead - Payments & Financial Messaging. Prior to Finastra, Nicola held the position of Group Proposition Manager at Monitise, where Nicola developed mobile and digital consumer and client-side propositions globally. Nicola also worked as a Senior Product Manager at Worldpay, launching new products to market and managing a global portfolio. At the Royal Bank of Scotland, Nicola served as the Strategic Initiatives Manager for Commercial Cards and later as the Product Development Manager for Merchant Acquiring & Payment Processing. Nicola began their career as a Product Development Manager at IAG, overseeing the commercial product portfolio and launching new products in the market. Nicola holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Victoria University of Wellington.
