Henri Halonen is an experienced telecommunications professional with a Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication from the Helsinki Institute of Technology (Metropolia). Currently serving as a Senior System Specialist at Voimatel Oy since January 2017, Henri focuses on customer support engineering for network operators. Prior experience includes a significant role at Nokia Networks from April 2007 to August 2016, where expertise in GSM-R R99 and R4 core network technologies, systems integration, and technical support for Nordic customers were developed. Additionally, Henri worked as a System Engineer at Siemens Finland from May 1992 to March 2007, specializing in R99 GSM core network integration testing and customer support.
