Yungwei Chen is currently the Director SWE at VoiceGain since July 2019. Prior to this, Yungwei held various titles at Resolvity, Inc including Director Client Solutions, Sr. Manager IVR Solutions, Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and software engineer. Yungwei earned a Master of Science (MS) in IT Management from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2004.
