Artsem Buyak is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and optimizing software solutions across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Voiceflow since June 2023, Artsem has focused on reimplementing microservices, developing retrieval systems for chatbots, and migrating databases. Previously at ama care, Artsem built production-ready application backends and integrated ETL systems. Roles at OneSoil, PandaDoc, SoftClub, and Automation-2000 included creating data processing pipelines, developing microservices, and designing applications for data collection and reporting. Artsem holds an Engineer's degree in Information Technology from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, earned between 2011 and 2016.
