In 2016 a group of former Ericsson executives formed a start-up called VoerEir (literally Viking Gods of Knowledge and Healing) that started to address the challenges with NFVI testing and VNF onboarding. 

At VoerEir, we have extensively invested in research and development to create a market-leading software product called "Touchstone."
 We help telecom operators identify, fix and eliminate the pain points in their telco cloud environments, and enable the initial vision of NFV. This vision also includes testing Openstack and Kubernetes environments and deployments using Private Clouds or Public Clouds.
