Maciej Nowak has a strong background in software engineering and development. Maciej is currently working as a Senior Java Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Vodeno since April 2019. Prior to this, Maciej worked at Decerto from September 2015 to April 2019 as a Senior Java Developer and Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing various applications and modules related to insurance agent portals, data aggregation, and sales systems. Maciej also led a team of 5 to 10 developers and provided technical guidance and solutions. Before joining Decerto, Maciej worked at Simple S.A. as a Java Developer from January 2012 to September 2015. Here, they focused on B2B integrations, web services, and web application development. Additionally, they participated in the implementation of a human capital management system. Maciej's earliest work experience was at Bank Pekao, where they served as a Trade Application Administrator from January 2011 to December 2011.

Maciej Nowak pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Telecommunications Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology, from the year 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Telecommunication Systems and Networks from Politechnika Warszawska during the period of 2011 to 2013.
