José Ribeiro currently serves as the Incident Management Lead at Vodafone, a position held since August 2012, focusing on Major and Critical incident coordination and serving as the Single Point of Contact for Incident Management across Vodafone UK, Spain, and Portugal. Previously, José held various roles at Nokia Siemens Networks from February 2009 to July 2012, including Technical Support and FO Wireless Engineer, overseeing the Orange Spain Mobile Network and troubleshooting various Ericsson and Nokia technologies. Early career experience includes working as a Computer Technician/Salesman at Sonae Distribuição from January 2005 to January 2009. José holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the British Council and a Level 4 qualification in Informatics.
