Suvamoy Roy Choudhury is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning several leading organizations in the telecommunications and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Vodafone Idea Limited since September 2018, Suvamoy has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Vodafone since September 2015. Previous roles include Director, Human Resources - South East Asia at Reckitt Benckiser, where responsibilities encompassed people strategy and talent management across various countries, and Director HR Shared Services and C&B - Asia Pacific at Baxter Healthcare, overseeing compensation and benefits as well as shared service operations. Suvamoy's career began at ICI India and Motorola Solutions, contributing significantly to HR functions in high-pressure environments and establishing operations in India.
