Tshepiso Letsoalo is an experienced professional in customer value management (CVM) and channel strategy, currently serving as the Enterprise CVM Execution and Channel Senior Manager at Vodacom since December 2015. With a strong focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth within the enterprise customer base, Tshepiso has developed and executed strategies, analyzed customer segments, and defined key performance indicators (KPIs). Previous roles include managing direct marketing and call center channels at Nedbank, African Bank, and Absa Group, showcasing expertise in online fulfillment, customer churn analysis, and strategic collaboration across various teams.
