Mark Prinsloo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network, hosting, and security management. Currently serving as Manager: Assurance and Escalations at Vodacom since November 2009, Mark oversees a Level 2 team of engineers and a Level 3 escalations team. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Support Manager at Internet Solutions from April 2006 to November 2010, focusing on Telco Management and Mobility. Mark holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Durban University of Technology and a Senior Certificate from Westville Senior Secondary School.
