Marcello Goliath is an experienced professional in fault management and consultancy, currently serving as the Manager of ASOC Fault Management at Vodacom. Previously, Marcello held the position of Managing Director at Goliath Consultants and was involved in various roles at Mobax Group, including Head of Contracts and KPI Management as well as Dispatch Manager. At Cell C, Marcello worked as Project Manager for the Western Cape Region and managed dual roles as NOC Fault Management Manager and IT Service Desk Manager. Marcello began career in fault management as a Supervisor at Vodacom. Academically, Marcello holds a degree in Electronics from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and a Business Administration and Management degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
