Sjoerd Smits is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in various roles since 2004. Currently, Sjoerd serves as a Communication Advisor at VO-raad, focusing on the strategic communication challenges in the education sector. Prior experience includes roles at KNMT as a Web Editor and Social Media Coordinator, Aedes-Actiz Kenniscentrum Wonen-Zorg as a Web Editor and Communication Advisor, and Aedes as a Digital Media Communication Advisor. Sjoerd has also worked as a Copywriter at Qside and held the position of Communication Coordinator and Spokesperson at Soul Survivor, contributing significantly to the organization's communication strategies. Sjoerd holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Communication from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
