Victor Carstens is an experienced professional in marketing, communications, and public administration. Currently serving as an Advisor for Marketing & Communications at VNO-NCW since June 2022 and as a Bestuurslid for CDA Den Haag since December 2021, Victor has previously worked as a consultant at Allchiefs from May 2021 to June 2022. An internship at the VNG's Europe department took place in early 2019, and Victor also held a board position focused on activities and education with JOVD Leiden from September 2014 to September 2015. In addition to various educational pursuits, including a Master’s degree in European and International Law from Saarland University and a Master’s in Public Administration from Utrecht University, Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Law from Leiden University.
