Emily Glastra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and software sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at T-Systems Nederland B.V. since May 2022, Emily is committed to simplifying complex digital ecosystems. Concurrently, Emily holds positions on the Supervisory Board of AFAS Software, as Chairwoman of the Board for NLdigital, and as a member of the Executive Committee at VNO-NCW. Additionally, Emily is involved with the "Politie voor Iedereen" initiative as a member of the Advisory Board, focusing on inclusion and diversity within the police force. Previously, Emily was a member of the Management Board at Microsoft, where significant advancements in public cloud services were achieved for various sectors. Emily's educational background includes studies at Nyenrode Business University and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
