Hazan İpek has a total work experience of more than 5 years. Hazan started their career in May 2017 as an HR Specialist at Teknosayar Bilgisayar Yazılım Hizm. İnş. ve San. Ltd. Şti., where they were responsible for managing a region with 100 TTBN 800 Alt Bayi. In May 2018, they joined Former Makine A.Ş. as an HR Specialist, where they handled various HR tasks such as recruitment, personnel files management, payroll calculations, and organizing employee training. Hazan then joined Kafein Technology Solutions in January 2021 as a Payroll and HR Operations Specialist, where they provided services to clients like THY-Türk Telekom-Turkcell-Vodafone-Migros-Sodexo-Axa Sigorta-Garanti Teknoloji-Ziraat Teknoloji-Yapı Kredi. Currently, Hazan İpek is working as an HR Generalist at VNGRS, starting in April 2022.

Hazan İpek completed their education in the field of finance. Hazan obtained a Master's degree (Yüksek Lisans) in Finance from Kırklareli University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree (Lisans Derecesi) in Finance from Anadolu University, which they attended from 2013 to 2020. Hazan also holds an Associate degree (Ön Lisans) in Accounting and Tax Practices from Ege University, which they completed between 2011 and 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Hazan Ä°pek has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they completed training in payroll practices, employment law practices, recruitment and interview techniques, and performance evaluation (360-degree) at Istanbul Business Institute.
