Tung (Joe) Nguyen is a retired United States Air Force contracting officer with extensive experience in acquisition and contract management. Currently serving as a Senior Contract Specialist and Team Lead at Veterans Management Services, Inc. since October 2023, Nguyen previously held senior acquisition analyst positions at B3 Solutions, LLC for the US Patent and Trademark Office, Octo Consulting Group for the Federal Trade Commission, and YRCI for the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Nguyen's earlier career includes a role as an acquisition analyst at CACI International Inc. and a contract specialist supporting NIST at YRCI. With military service spanning over two decades, including a key position as Operations Chief at the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command, Nguyen brings a wealth of expertise to contract administration and acquisition strategy.
