Rick Retterer is an experienced technical account manager and software consultant with a career spanning over three decades in the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as the VSI Technical Account Manager at VMS Software Inc. since April 2018, Rick manages premium customer accounts and addresses technical issues for OLG. Previous roles include Software Consultant III at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and supporting various software on OpenVMS and Unix operating systems, and Software Consultant II at Compaq Computer Corporation, with similar duties. Rick began a career in software support at Digital Equipment Corporation after serving as a Security Director at Northside Hospital and has held various security roles in previous positions. Education includes degrees in Computer Science and Basic Programming from Southern Union Community Jr. College.
