Maria Steffensen is a Senior Talent Partner at VML MAP since January 2022, where the focus is on enhancing customer experiences through various marketing strategies. With prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant at ChangeGroup from 2019 to 2021, Maria contributed to digital and IT advancements within large Danish organizations. Earlier, as a Sourcing Specialist at Convision from March 2017 to July 2018, responsibilities included sourcing and screening IT consultants, candidate interviews, and maintaining the recruitment database. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Copenhagen Business School, along with additional exchange programs in Management and Electives from Mahidol University and Tecnológico de Monterrey, respectively.
