Gintautas Kanisauskas is the CEO and Founder of Proficient, a company established in May 2016 that aids organizations in enhancing competitiveness within supply chain management and achieving continuous improvement objectives. With extensive experience in the supply chain and manufacturing sectors, Gintautas has held various leadership roles, including Supply Chain Department Manager at VMG Group, Head of Production at Nordian Group/UAB Gonas and MV GROUP Production, and Supply Chain Director at SBA Furniture Company. Gintautas also served as Development Manager for Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Viciunai Group and held multiple managerial positions at Mars, Incorporated, focusing on industrial engineering and production optimization. Gintautas holds a Master of Engineering degree in Food Industry from Klaipeda University in Lithuania.
