Shellice Tyson is a financial professional with extensive experience in finance and education. Currently serving as a Senior Finance Officer (Assistant Manager) at VM Group since August 2021, Shellice specializes in reconciling General Ledger and Investment Systems, as well as computing amortization and mark to market adjustments for investment securities in compliance with IFRS. Prior experience includes teaching economics and accounting at The Queens School and St. Mary High School, and serving as a Business Plan Associate at DGS Chartered Accountants & Business Advisors. Shellice began professional development with internships at National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Foreign Trade in Jamaica. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Banking, and Finance from The University of the West Indies, Mona, and an Associate's degree in Business Management from St. Mary High.
